By advertising on ProjectConnect you are promoting your business to the decision makers of a company, with most visitors who access and use ProjectConnect being a director, managing director or general manager.   Advertising Opportunities   There are a number of advertising opportunities available on the ProjectConnect website. ProjectConnect website offers the following placements: Top Banner - Fixed per page click and equally shared by 8 Top Banner Adverts on both the public website and the project management system at any one time. Side Priority- Fixed per page click and equally shared by 4 Side Priority Adverts on the public website at any one time. Side Rotation- Fixed per page click and equally shared by 10 Side Rotation Ads on the public site at any one time.   Top Banner Advert Click to enlarge Advert will display within the ProjectConnect banner at the top of every pubic website page. The advert is also displayed on all pages of the ProjectConnect management system which is utilised by project buyers.   Equally displays number of adverts across visitors and remains on the page the whole time. Adverts are made available on a one in eight rotation basis. ProjectConnect has its own advert management system. ProjectConnect will upload, initialise and manage all advertisement campaigns including the campaign reporting and billing. Advert Specification    Adverts consist of: One graphic file (to dimension) One alternate text (max. 30 characters) One URL address for click-through Click through material must be hosted on the Advertisers website. All hyperlink/html code must be sent in a Text (.txt) attachment, not in the body of an email. Advert artwork to be supplied EXACTLY to specification. Advert artwork to be supplied as JPEG, PNG, GIF, or animated GIF file format. ProjectConnect does not support third-party hosting of advert work. Animated GIF files are to be supplied as a single consolidated file. Animation length for any advert must not exceed 10 seconds. Require Artwork? Please click here to download a copy (71kb PDF).    Advertisers are required to submit their graphic file, alternate text description and URL at least 5 working days prior to the commencement date for the advert.   Please allow 4 working days for requests to change existing target URL’s and/or new graphics to become effective.   Ad Reports   ProjectConnect will supply, via email, a monthly report on: Total impressions served Total unique impressions delivered Total clicks achieved What are Impressions  Impressions are counted each time a page is visited by a user, so a single user can rack up numerous impressions for one website. However, publishers and advertisers are also interested in unique impressions, which count only the number of unique visits to a website. For example, if Greg views 3 pages on a website, while Mary views 4 and Kathy views 10, their visits would total 17 impressions, but only 3 unique impressions. Unique impressions are counted on ProjectConnect by logging the visitors / companies IP address.
